What's the story about

The story is simple. Feed the rat king and that's it.

What are the specs

A computer with a cpu, around 500 MB ram or more, some graphics, and a power source.

Are animals harmed in the making of the game

NOPE no aminals where harmed in process.

Is it a virus

It's a RPG maker 2003 game. I'm not a dev of anykind but you can use virustotal.com to check if you wish. I won't blame you for doing so.

I'm only starting so story might and will change in the dev process. The lunch date is not for sure but what is that it will be made of this year.
